Confidence Health Resources provides Supported Living Arrangement (SLA) Services for individuals with intellectual disabilities who need support living within their community.
Our goal is to help each individual live as independently as possible in the least restrictive setting appropriate for their needs, while providing dependable support designed around the individual.

Supported Living Arrangement (SLA) Services
Through Supported Living Arrangement Services, Confidence Health Resources provides assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities through Sierra Regional Center.
Support may be provided in 24-hour residential settings or through intermittent care arrangements, depending on the individual’s needs and approved service plan.
Our team is committed to providing respectful, person-centered support that promotes independence, stability and participation in the community.
